About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses the AdiClasses Books Portal. By signing in you agree to them.

Your account

Booksellers sign in with the mobile number registered with us. Keep it accurate and tell us if it changes.
You are responsible for everything done through your account.
We may suspend an account that is misused or that holds incorrect information.

Orders

An order is a request until our team confirms it. Quantities may be adjusted by our team, and you will be notified of every change.
You can edit or cancel an order until our team starts processing it. After that, please contact us.
Prices are those shown on the order form when you submit it.

Advance payment

An advance of 20% of the order value is requested after you submit an order.
Pay into the account shown in Payment Details and upload the payment proof. We verify each payment before processing the order.

Sample sets

Sample sets are sent for evaluation and do not oblige you to place an order.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch finalised orders by courier. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location, so they are estimates only.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the portal, attempt to access other people’s information, or upload files that are not genuine payment proofs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
