Advance payments

Your advance is requested only for orders you submit. If an order is cancelled before our team starts processing it, contact us and we will review the refund of any verified advance.

Orders adjusted by us

If we reduce the quantity on an order, the advance is recalculated on the confirmed quantity, and any difference is handled with you directly.

Orders already processed

Once an order is packed or dispatched, please contact us. Each case is reviewed individually.

How to request a refund

Write to info@adiclasses.com or call +91 9100 44 6383 with your order number. Refunds, where approved, are returned to the account the payment came from.
